Shipping Policy

Lotus Inserts currently ships to over 60 countries worldwide. As part of our eco drive, we consolidate orders and ship out once per week. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched and we will provide a tracking number for your reference.

Orders are processed and dispatched from Singapore via premium courier service within 5 business days. We ship all items Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Shipping, Import taxes, duties and fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

If there are no customs or other delays, your order will normally be delivered in 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Payment is required for pre-order. Delivery timeframe for pre-order product is 2 to 6 weeks from date of order.

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders placed at lotusinserts.com are final. We generally do not allow refunds or exchanges, unless we have made a mistake or the product is faulty.
