Shipping Policy

Lotus Inserts currently ships to 58 countries worldwide. As part of our eco drive, we consolidate orders and ship out once per week. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched and we will provide a tracking number for your reference.

 

Orders are processed and dispatched from Singapore via premium courier service within 5 business days. We ship all items Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Shipping, import taxes and duties are applied at checkout.

 

If there are no customs or other delays, your order will normally be delivered in 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
