Do you provide International delivery?

How do I track my order?

In order to improve our environmental credentials, we normally consolidate our orders and ship out once per week. Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number so that you can keep track of the delivery process. If there are no customs or other delays, your order should be delivered in 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

What is your returns policy?

We generally do not accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the product is faulty. Please carefully view the photographs and product specifications before making your purchase.

Do you charge for delivery?

Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Do I have to pay any taxes and duties?

We ship all items Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Import taxes, duties and fees are applied at checkout.
