Orders are processed and shipped from Singapore via premium courier service within 5 business days. All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), with shipping fees, import taxes, and duties calculated at checkout.

LotusInserts™ are designed for easy care and everyday maintenance.
For routine cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. If needed, use a mild detergent diluted with water, ensuring the cloth is wrung before cleaning. Allow the insert to air dry naturally in an upright position.
Machine washing and dry cleaning are not recommended, as they may affect the shape and structure of the insert.
