Orders are processed and dispatched from Singapore via premium courier service within 5 business days. We ship all items Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Shipping, import taxes and duties are applied at checkout.

If there are no customs or other delays, your order will normally be

Our fabrics are designed for easy maintenance. 

For routine care, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. If required, use a mild liquid detergent diluted with water, lightly wringing out the cloth before cleaning. Allow the item to air dry naturally in an upright position. Machine washing is not recommended, as it may compromise the shape and structure of the insert.

For professional cleaning, please request hand cleaning only, using gentle tools and methods. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals, machine washing, or tumble drying.
