We ship all items Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).  Import taxes, duties and fees are included for shipments to USA, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore and the EU. For other countries, import taxes and duties are applied at checkout.

We generally do not allow refunds or exchanges, unless we have made a mistake or the product is faulty. Please carefully view the photographs and product specifications before making your purchase.

We recommend dry cleaning by conventional methods.

If hand washed:

• Wash with like colours.

• Use mild detergent. Do not bleach.

• Line dry. Do not tumble dry.

• We do not recommended leaving the insert in your bag when it is not in use.

Our Constance inserts are individually handcrafted and due to its small size, unique shape and construction some parts may not be totally uniform.
